Silverton’s premiere property, the only property in Silverton that features 3 soaking pools for your enjoyment.

Built in 1979 to reflect the Victorian Era, Three Spacious Suites, each with their own bathroom, full kitchen, living room.  1 or 2 bedroom suites available.

• Located conveniently on downtown Greene Street, 2 blocks over from the train stop.

History

Built in 1979, replicated to show case the Victorian charm of yesteryear. Builders, Frtiz Klinke and Loren Lew have gone all out to preserve the old world charm as Paul and Sharon, current owners show updates to each suite every year.

We show case The Victorian Era on the outside with all the modern amenties on the inside. Located adjacent to the Pickle Barrel Restaurant, 1314 Greene Street, right in the heart of the Silverton.

Your can find Paul between both their businesses anytime of the day talking about the area.

Silverton also known as Silver by the ton, was once a mining town for silver and gold and now a caters to a vast selection of vacationers.

So much to do in Silverton and the San Juan Mountains, hiking, biking, fishing, are just a few of the charms Silverton has to offer during our summer months. Naturalists, jeepers and ATV/OHV riders and many more have all called Silverton home and continue to come and enjoy what The San Juan’s have to offer. WE like to consider Silverton / San Juan County an National Park without actually being one.

Summer in Silverton

The San Juan Mountains are vast and have something to offer everyone coming here, from hiking Colorado’s Great Divide trail, biking, camping, fishing and just relaxing looking at our great scenery. Fall is very popular, it’s a great time to watch the aspen trees turn that beautiful gold everywhere you look and the scenic drive from Silverton to Ouray just can’t be beat anywhere.

Whether you are here to extreme ski, or bring your family here to our family friendly Kendall Mountain ski area, snowmobile our majestic back country, snow show, ice fishing… Silverton is in the heart of all of it. As the locals like to say, Winter in Silverton in the best, a little quitter, more time to get to know your guests, sit by the fire and enjoy a drink after a great day in the snow. From Summer to Winter, it’s like coming to two different places and you can’t beat either one.
